Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Tackle Football

No refunds for Tackle Football will be approved after September 1st. Please reach out to Sec.wbyfa@gmail.com if you are in need of a refund.

Cheerleading

A full refund will be offered for any athlete that decides to unregister before 8/15.

Flag Football

If you have decided not to participate in this WBYFA Program please contact our league secretary at sec.wbyfa@gmail.com for information on unregistering and reimbursement. Please Note: As long as Games have not started AND Uniform Shirt / Belt have not been ordered we can refund original form of payment.
